Hundreds of Greenpoint artists and designers will open their studio doors to the public Saturday & Sunday 12pm – 6pm
What is Greenpoint Open Studios?

Greenpoint Open Studios is a grassroots effort that aims to provide a free and open platform for local arts that builds, sustains, and supports the thriving creative community in Greenpoint, Brooklyn.
For one weekend, hundreds of artists and designers open up their studios to the public to showcase work in a wide range of mediums. From paintings, sculptures, film, photography, weaving/textiles, ceramics, and more, there are seasoned artists to be visited and emerging artists to be discovered in the northernmost tip of Brooklyn.
Main Schedule of Events
Thursday May 21st: Artist Social | Maison Mono 6pm – 9pm
Come meet local artists and celebrate another year of GOS! – RSVP
Artists are welcome to bring guests, as long as they RSVP. The event is free to attendees.
Promotional materials will be available at the event for artist pickup. This includes GOS tote bags (free for each participating GOS artist), green balloons for your building, printed posters and postcards.
View the current Maison Mono exhibition Nothing Follows its Spontaneous Course. Enjoy beverages from Zakuska Vodka and Threes Brewing, or purchase a coffee from the Maison Mono Cafe. Get ready for your closeup with a portrait by Greenpoint Glam. Live music will be performed by Charlie the Dog and Wheel & Frame.
Saturday & Sunday May 30 – 31st | Greenpoint Open Studios Weekend
12:00pm – 6:00pm both days
The main event – Over 240 creative spaces will be open across Greenpoint all weekend long! Map your route using our digital map and artist listings or pickup a printed map around the neighborhood. Map pick up locations will be added here and shared on our Instagram @greenpointopenstudios.


Sunday May 31st | Closing Party & The Great Brooklyn Pottery Throwdown
5:30pm – 9:00pm, Clay Space courtyard
Join us for a wrap party in partnership with Clay Space and the Brooklyn Ceramics Art Tour. The pottery competition will be held from 5:30-7:30 in the courtyard outside ClaySpace, followed by a community celebration.
The Pottery Throw Down runs 5.30-7.30pm with food, drinks, and community from 5-9pm. We’ll rock the evening with artists from all around Brooklyn! Open to all, so let us know if you’re coming.
Purchase food from @taqueriavalleluna‘s amazing Mexican food truck. @minchoiceramics is accepting pre-orders, for a Korean boxed combination plate of Tofu Kimchi + Japche with mixed Rice @ $20 per serving is accepting pre-orders, ready upon arrival. Place your order now, via Venmo, and specify your name and number of platters. And @mamala_food will be serving up “yentenadas” and sofrito kugel, plus their corned beef and coleslaw arepas! Beverages will be provided with thanks to @vitacoco and @zakuskavodka. Live music will jazz the house again this year for the closing party with @(L)os Ritmicos.
